By using Mega-Rust Siam, you agree to these terms. The terms are organized by system so you can find what applies to a specific feature.

Account & General Use

One Steam account = one Mega-Rust account. Multi-accounting for VIP perks is forbidden.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share credentials.
Follow Server Rules at all times.
Cheats, hacks, exploits, and griefing tools are not allowed.
All sales are final — virtual currency and in-game items are non-refundable.

MegaCoin is the hard currency purchased via Topup.

MegaCoin has no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
MegaCoin is non-transferable between accounts.
We may add new packages or adjust topup pricing — existing balance is unaffected.
Fraudulent topup (chargeback, fake slip) results in immediate ban + balance forfeit.

MegaPoint is the soft currency earned from in-game activity.

MegaPoint has no real-world cash value.
MegaPoint cannot be converted to MegaCoin — they are separate systems by design.
We may adjust point reward amounts per source — see EXP & Level System for current rates.
AFK farming is prohibited (heartbeat counts active time only).

VIP is a time-limited subscription (7 or 30 days) purchased with MegaCoin.

VIP perks (kits, skins, /home slots, multipliers) listed in VIP & Kits.
VIP is per-server — subscribe separately for each server.
VIP does not auto-renew. It's a one-shot purchase.
Prices and perks may change in future updates. Always check VIP Shop for live pricing.
Banned accounts forfeit remaining VIP time without refund.

XP is earned via playtime, kills, daily, vote, quest, milestone. See EXP & Level System.
Anti-spam: same-victim kills within 5 min give no XP; max 50 kills + 100 XP per day from PvP.
AFK does not count — heartbeat-based active time only.
Admin grants XP only for promotions, events, or wipe restoration — never for sale.

Owned skins are account-permanent (survive wipes and VIP cancellation).
Skin ownership is account-wide — buy once, use on every server.
Skin appearances depend on the original Steam Workshop items. If a Workshop creator modifies, removes, or replaces a skin, its in-game look may change without notice. Since these assets are outside our control, all skin purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of any future changes to the Workshop source.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Banned accounts may forfeit unspent MegaCoin, MegaPoint, and remaining VIP. Appeals via Discord #appeals.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on Discord before they take effect. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
